Due to Windows having a limit of 4 GB for an executable file, it is not possible to create an offline installer that will install both software and data. Therefore after running the offline installer you need to copy the ccdc-data folder from the unzipped installer folder to the CCDC installation directory (alongside the ccdc-software folder).
