Why do some of the refcodes in my results end in ‘00’?

Modified on Fri, 23 May at 1:46 AM

Refcodes ending in ‘00’ are provisional identifiers assigned to CSD X-Press entries—these are published crystal structures that have not yet undergone full curation by CCDC editors. While WebCSD recognises CSD X-Press refcodes, they are not accessible via Mercury, as these entries are temporary. The final refcode will be updated during the curation process and may change entirely or simply have the ‘00’ suffix removed. For more details see: What are CSD X-Press and Structures Pending?
