On some versions of Linux including RHEL 8 and clones, ConQuest will fail to start with an error message
ValueError: No JSON object could be decoded
This is a known bug and the workaround is to rename or delete the file CCDC/ccdc-software/conquest/lib/libcrypto.so.1.1 so that ConQuest uses the system libraries instead.
