We are aware of issues with the latest versions of VMWare tools that cause ConQuest to fail to start - this is due to changes in the graphics drivers on this platform.
Solutions for this issue include:
1. Start ConQuest from a command prompt (in ccdc-software\conquest\exe
type csds.exe -no3d
). This will start ConQuest without a 3D visualizer but you can choose the export to Mercury option to view the results there.
2. Downgrade VMWare to an older version to use the older graphics drivers.
