How do I add details of the main crystallographer associated with the data to my deposition?

During the deposition process, you will be asked to provide details of the main crystallographer associated with the data. These details will be displayed on Access Structures and WebCSD once the data is published. Additionally, the crystallographer will receive a notification once the deposition is complete.

Crystallographer information should be added during the ‘Add Publication’ stage of the deposition process.

For any unpublished structures already deposited at the CCDC, crystallographer details can be added via the ‘My Structures’ service. To do this:

• Select the Details button for the relevant structure.
• In the ‘My Structure Details’ view, navigate to the ‘Crystallographer Details’ section.
• Click ‘Add Crystallographer Details’, then enter the crystallographer’s name, publishing name, email address, and affiliation.
