This is a known issue and the fix is to run the update installer manually after making sure you are not running any CCDC programs. If you have already attempted the update via Mercury or Hermes the installer can be found in the CSD_2022/updates
directory. Otherwise it can be downloaded from the CCDC Downloads page under Data & Software Updates then CSD-System Software.
