What is the the Service Level Agreement for support of CCDC customers?

CCDC has three tiers of Service Level Agreement (SLA) which are based on the type of customer account:

  • Standard: Our academic partners
  • Enhanced: Our industrial customers
  • Premium: Our research partner organisations
