Our licensing system changed in 2020 so if you are still using the 2019 version of the CSD software you will see error messages about the software not being licensed. We are no longer able to create or extend 2019 licences.
The system requirements for the latest version of the CSD software are detailed here and we would strongly recommend upgrading to hardware and an operating system which supports the latest version if possible.
We offer restricted versions of a few products including Mercury for free for non-commercial use - to obtain older versions of these go to our downloads page and tick the Legacy Downloads box.
