IsoStar hyperlinking requires that the correct details for your IsoStar server are first entered into the IsoStar client. Please check that the details in the Options→Hyperlink Server dialog match the IsoStar server you are accessing. Note that if using a non-default port it must be entered after the main URL (e.g. intranet.mycompany.co.uk:8080). By default the hyperlinking script should always be located in /cgi-bin/isostar_server.cgi.
